
- Interpret creative briefs to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with designers and other associates on large and small scale marketing projects (e.g. social campaigns, landing pages, etc.)
- Write for any medium and audience, whether it be Client’s social channels, digital marketing campaigns, new product launches and other Agency marketing initiatives (newsletters, presentation copy, etc.)
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Work closely with the Creative Director from start to finish on creative projects and project management
- Ensure the highest quality of creative output
- Continuously inspire and motivate self and others on the raising the bar on all things creative
- Assist with real time problem solving of creative and copywriting issues
- Manage creative request workflow by prioritizing projects
- Submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline
- Keep up to date on the latest cultural and industry trends
- Experience in digital media content creation.
- Proven experience working with a wide range of budgets.
- Experience producing creative content for corporate audiences.
- Comfortable executing a project that is dynamic.
- A team player and/or leader willing to jump into an area outside of my wheelhouse.
- Adobe Suite; editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Experience working in corporate structured environments.
- Ability to present and lead meetings.
- Experience building WordPress, setting up all social media sites and apps and manage and develop.
- Create training and educational videos to be used in corporate materials.
- Assessing the content needs of stakeholders and existing products and pitch creative. solutions for keeping products fresh and modern in tone and look & feel.
- Ideating and executing digital product strategy.
- Testing iterations of content across many audiences and platforms to analyze and increase performance.
- Evaluate and interpret performance metrics.
- Research digital content trends and use that information to inform content decisions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with product managers on multiple projects at a time.
- Creating content within low budget constraints and quick turnaround times.
